All orders are shipped via USPS, within 1 to 3 business days of date ordered.
If you need your order quicker, please contact us and we will do our best to accomidate.
Orders placed on Friday will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a tracking number to the email address you provided.
Once an order is shipped and tracking is confirmed Sister Montana Jewelry is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items.
If address given to Sister Montana Jewelry was incorrect and returned you are responsible for additional shipping and for providing correct address.

Return Policy
-We do not issue refunds on any items or process exchanges.
-Store credit will be issued for all returned items.
-Shipping will not be refunded.
-All sale items are considered a final sale and not eligible for a return.
-Returned items must be post marked 14 days of purchase date.
-Items must be returned in new condition.
You are responsible for return postage, we recommend shipping with an insured carrier that provides a tracking number.
